Great location, with friendly and helpful staff and the unique chocolate hour. The only downside was the view out our window was a wall only a metre or two away, so there was negligible natural light.

5 days in Hobart with mother and daughter. Hotel is lovely. Reluctant to give 10/10 because of the length of time it took to get the car from the valet parking. The staff were wonderful though. Couldn’t have done more to assist .

Relaxing environment and centrally located. All staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was a good size and very clean. Overall a very good experience and definitely will be our hotel of choice next time we're in town.

Great hotel and well located. However, parking situation is a mess even with the valet parking because the 5 minutes spots in front of the hotel are always taken, so you can't drop your car in front of the hotel and it can sometimes take 35 minutes to get your car, so hard to time it. Food is great, but in one of the breakfasts and dinners the food took foreeeeever to be ready (1h for dinner).
