I very much liked my stay at this hotel. I found all the staff so accommodating and friendly. My room was very clean and the breakfast provided very generous.

The welcome pack suggested a pillow menu in side table, was unable to find. Pillows were too firm for our liking, front desk were helpful in supplying softer ones. Waited 45min for our car to be delivered by valet (asked after 30min if it was on the way, got the impression that it was missed).

We arrived late evening and were made feel very welcome. Unfortunately too late for Chocolate tasting experience. Our room was large enough, great spacious bathroom & comfortable bed. Also loved having Nespresso coffee in our room.
